Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct, support, and foster the growth of the Quality Assurance department.
• Uphold and enhance quality management protocols to ensure full adherence to standards and documentation requirements.
• Manage inspection and testing workflows to help maintain consistent product excellence across the board.
• Evaluate quality metrics and performance data to pinpoint areas where operational improvements can be made.
• Address nonconformance issues by performing root-cause analysis and executing corrective measures to prevent future errors.
• Manage audit schedules and regulatory compliance to ensure all customer and industry standards are met.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing teams to resolve quality issues and boost overall output.
• Verify that manufacturing processes align with technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Create comprehensive quality reports to assist in driving ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Educate staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
• Encourage a workplace environment that values accountability and high-quality results.
