SEKISUI Aerospace seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Sumner, WA site on first shift. You will lead QA inspection teams, drive corrective actions, analytics, and continuous improvement to ensure product quality in aerospace manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have an engineering/quality background, 5+ years in aerospace quality, and 2+ years in supervision; AS9100/AS9102 knowledge is required; ERP/QMS and Power BI experience a plus. This role includes strong benefits and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field required.
• 5+ years aerospace manufacturing quality experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/AS9102, RCCA, FAI, GD&T.

Responsabilités

• Provide admin and leadership support to QA Manager and lead inspection team.
• Review non-conforming materials and drive corrective actions.
• Audit processes to meet regulatory standards and support external audits.
• Train staff on new procedures and monitor attendance/performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
