Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical coursework related to blueprint reading and AS9100 in manufacturing preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing QA experience; aerospace experience preferred.
• Experience leading QA/QC teams and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises QA/QC personnel to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.
• Mentors and trains employees on company rules, safety, and procedures.
• Develops and administers processes to fulfill contract requirements and specifications.
• Provides guidance on Lean principles throughout QA/QC processes.
• Manages inspection queues and prioritizes resources for efficiency.
• Lead calibration and metrology processes and ensure adherence to QMS.
