Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an experienced Inspector to join our Plainville, CT team. This on-site position focuses on detailed inspections of parts and assemblies, interpreting drawings and GD&T, and ensuring conformance before shipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining inspection data, preparing FAI packages, and collaborating with production and engineering. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in aerospace inspection, strong measurement tool skills, and the ability to work both

Qualifications

• 3+ years inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and fixtures.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and non-conformance reports.
• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) packages.
• Verify conformance to drawings and customer requirements.
• Conduct in-process inspections throughout manufacturing.
