Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in South Windsor, CT is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team. You will perform inspections on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

The role requires proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, CMM) and knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and QA/QC practices. Onsite, first shift, collaborating with production to drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Use calipers and CMM for precise measurements.
• Analyze inspection results and document findings per procedures.
• Apply QA/QC protocols including HACCP and CGMP.
• Collaborate with production to address quality issues.
• Help develop and improve quality systems.
• Keep work area clean and ensure equipment is calibrated.
• Calibrate hand tools per procedures.
