Job summary

Pro Staff seeks a QMS Administrator (Aerospace & Defense) for an on-site role in Fort Mill, SC. You will manage the QMS to meet AS9100/ISO 9001, drive audit readiness, and support aerospace/defense programs in a regulated, contract-driven environment.

The position requires coordinating internal and external audits, controlling documents, and ensuring compliance with DoD requirements such as CUI, DFARS, and NIST SP 800-171 when applicable.

Qualifications

• Audit-ready QMS maintained to AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.
• Familiarity with DoD contracting requirements (CUI, DFARS, CMMC).
• Experience leading internal/external quality audits and supplier quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the QMS per AS9100/ISO 9001 and related docs.
• Plan, execute, and document internal audits; coordinate external audits.
• Manage NCRs/CARs, supplier quality, and FAI activities when applicable.
