Job summary

MM Solutions is seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our aerospace-focused Professional Services division in Colorado. You will work under the Projects Manager, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with project costing and tracking for RF testing equipment used in aerospace and defense.

The role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to adapt to executives with different work styles.

Qualifications

• Office and document tools proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) and Acrobat.
• Document and records management and SharePoint experience preferred.
• Scheduling and calendar management with Outlook and related tools.
• Executive support and initiative to coordinate with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to executives and departments.
• Coordinate varying executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics.
• Launch and track new part numbers, submit costing information.
• Create/update project and customer records in SharePoint and other systems.
• Gather data, conduct research, and assist with financial reports.
