Job summary

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing seeks an Assistant Program Manager to steer high-stakes aerospace programs, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer confidence.

You will coordinate across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, track performance, and prepare concise program documentation and leadership updates. Occasional travel to other KMM sites may occur as programs converge across locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep builds moving.
• Track cost and schedule performance, monitor production metrics, and flag risks early.
• Prepare program documentation, dashboards, and leadership/customer status reports.
