Job summary

RAM Aerospace, a leader in precision aerospace components, seeks a Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and document capital and facilities improvement projects. You will track timelines, budgets, and deliverables while liaising with Maintenance, EHS, Operations, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3+ years in project coordination or construction administration, strong organizational skills, and experience with CMMS or project tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and scopes of work.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track capital and facilities improvement projects from initiation through completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (scopes, schedules, budgets, change orders, close-out packages).
• Act as secondary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Update CMMS with assets and maintenance data; support capital budget planning.
• Schedule project work to minimize impact on manufacturing and production.
