Job summary

Astronics CSC, part of Astronics Corporation, seeks a Project Scheduler to develop, analyze, and maintain integrated schedules for communications, navigation, connectivity and in-flight systems on aircraft. You will work with PMO, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status reporting.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 5+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Project; PMP and PMI-SP/CAPM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project scheduling, project controls, program planning, or related experience.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or technology programs preferred.
• Experience managing integrated master schedules across multiple functional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedule (IMS) for development, production, and aftermarket programs.
• Define task dependencies, milestones, and critical paths; maintain baselines per contract requirements.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analysis; develop recovery plans with PMO and leaders.
• Generate program schedule reports, dashboards, and executive summaries; support EVMS as needed.
• Train stakeholders on scheduling practices and promote standardized processes within PMO.
