Job summary

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is seeking an Aerospace & Defense Scheduler for a large program in Crystal City, VA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated schedules, performing schedule analyses, and supporting EVM and program reporting.

The candidate will collaborate with program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy, manage risks, and enable successful program execution.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experience.
• Experience supporting large, complex Aerospace & Defense programs.
• Strong MS Project experience.
• Experience developing integrated schedules from the ground up.
• Experience performing schedule analysis.
• F-35 program experience is highly relevant.
• NAVAIR program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Build schedules from the ground up for complex program requirements.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path and health reviews.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify schedule risks and support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Coordinate with program managers and cross-functional teams for schedule alignment.
• Support EVM and program reporting; prepare schedule updates for stakeholders.
