SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Customer Service and Inventory Management in the Aerospace sector. You will lead spares and OEM delivery improvement projects to enhance on-time shipping to customers.

You'll collaborate with planning, buying, operations and execution teams across multiple sites, drive prioritization, and prepare leadership status reports using SAP, Rapid Response, Business Objects, Access and Excel to monitor recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
• 2+ years experience in Integrated Supply Chain, Materials Management.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Access, Rapid Response.

Responsabilités

Project Manager-Customer Service/ Inventory Management

We are looking for a dynamic project manager to join our team in the Aerospace Industry

Responsibilities include:

• Lead Aerospace level spares and OEM delivery improvement projects for customer.
• Identify and drive resolution to chronic issues preventing parts from shipping out to the customer.
• Create and utilize multi-level line of balances to detect, monitor and correct supply/demand disconnects impacting customer deliveries.
• Team with multiple Aerospace sites as well as the planning, buying, operations and execution functions within the organization to coordinate customer recovery efforts.
• Drive a standard operating system to ensure proper prioritization, allocation and communication of hardware availability to support customer

• Prepare leadership report outs on customer recovery status.
• Utilize ERP systems and data analysis tools such as SAP, Rapid Response, Business Objects, Access databases and Excel spreadsheets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrated Supply Chain, Materials Management.
• Highly skilled in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Access, Rapid Response and database tools.
• SAP and other MRP/ERP system understanding and proficiency.
• Ability to create and utilize a line of balance to proactively close supply/demand disconnects.
• Ability to generate Power Point presentations to report out on customer recovery status.
