Job summary

Rubbercraft is seeking an Account Program Manager (Aerospace) to serve as the primary point of contact for key aerospace customers while driving program performance, cross-functional execution, and customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years in aerospace program management, experience with major OEM customers, and hands-on manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management, Account Program Management, or a closely related customer-facing role within aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience supporting major aerospace OEM customers such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Gulfstream, Northrop Grumman, Bell, GE Aerospace, RTX (Raytheon), Pratt & Whitney, Airbus, or major Tier 1 suppliers.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and/or Supply Chain to drive customer delivery, quality, and program objectives.
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems and managing customer portals/EDI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned aerospace OEM and strategic customer accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
• Partner with customers to understand priorities, provide order updates, and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead and coordinate customer meetings, presentations, business reviews, and site visits.
• Monitor delivery performance and program status to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
