Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Program Managers by coordinating and monitoring customer orders throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to track order status, address delays, and help meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, scheduling, planning, customer service, program support, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned customer orders and production schedules to identify upcoming requirements and potential delays.
• Support Program Managers in tracking program delivery commitments, order status, and open action items.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to provide routine updates and delivery information.
• Escalate significant concerns to the Program Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to obtain current status of orders.
• Assist in expediting priority orders and other production requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery dates and order information in the ERP system.
• Review open order reports and production schedules to support timely completion of requirements.
• Participate in program, production, or scheduling meetings and maintain notes and action items.
• Protect confidential customer and company information.
