Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the 3DX PLM implementation for Completion activities. You will coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and SMEs to ensure successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in aviation/project management, and PMP or CAPM certification. Travel domestically and internationally may be needed, and fluency in French with strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years aviation and/or project management experience, including 2+ years supporting PLM projects.
• PMP or CAPM certification is required.
• Fluency in French and strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business-side implementation of the 3DX PLM system for Completion activities, ensuring business requirements are met.
• Collaborate with IT Project Manager, business stakeholders, analysts, and SMEs to optimize the solution and drive project success.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closure.
• Develop project management plans, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Lead project teams, facilitate communication, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks; manage change control throughout the project.
• Provide regular status updates to PMO leadership and key stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced PMs and promote PM best practices across the organization.
• Support business transformation initiatives through leadership and change management.
