Job summary

Sopra Steria Aeroline seeks an experienced bilingual 3DEXPERIENCE Project Manager to lead the business-side deployment of the 3DX PLM for Completion activities. You will partner with IT PM, stakeholders, and a team of Business Analysts to drive delivery and adoption of the PLM solution across project phases.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and drive change management to maximize value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
PMP certification required.
5+ years in aerospace industry.
5+ years with PLM systems.
2+ years hands-on with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE and PLM implementation.
Strong PM skills with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid.

Responsibilities

Lead the business implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM for Completion activities as primary business owner.
Coordinate business and technical workstreams with IT PM and stakeholders.
Ensure PLM aligns with requirements and processes.
Mentor a team of Business Analysts and Business Experts.
Drive workshops, requirements gathering, and governance meetings.
Define and optimize business processes for PLM deployment and adoption.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
Oversee testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
