Job summary

Techgene Solutions LLC seeks a PLM Project Manager to drive the implementation of a 3DX PLM system for completion activities across Little Rock, AR and Chicago, IL. You will collaborate with the IT Project Manager at headquarters to optimize the solution for business needs.

You will lead a team of business analysts and SMEs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes while maintaining project documentation and status reporting to PMO.

Qualifications

• Manage all project lifecycle activities to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and quality.
• Initiation: identify stakeholders, objectives, scope, staffing, kick-off.
• Planning: create PM plan, refine scope, develop schedule, manage risks.
• Execution: build team, manage project work, communications, procurements.
• Monitoring & Controlling: manage change, monitor scope/schedule/costs/quality, stakeholder engagement.
• Closure: acceptance, archive docs, release team, close financials.
• Develop and release all project management documentation.
• Provide regular, accurate and timely project status to PMO and stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced project managers.
• Maintain PMP certification.
• Promote business transformation across the organization with positive communication.
