Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a 3DX PLM system for completion activities, coordinating with the IT Project Manager and the business to ensure the solution meets evolving needs.

You will guide a team of business analysts and subject matter experts, manage the full project lifecycle, provide regular status to the PMO, and mentor junior managers while maintaining PMP/CAPM credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP or CAPM certification required.
• Fluent in French with strong English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project lifecycle to deliver time, budget and quality targets.
• Mentor project managers and coordinate PMO communications.
• Develop project management documentation and status reports.
• Develop and release project management documentation; mentor junior PMs.
• Maintain PMP/CAPM certification and promote transformation initiatives.
