Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an onsite engineer in Troy, Ohio to support brake system testing and lab operations. The role focuses on executing tests, collecting data, and producing engineering documentation while maintaining lab safety and configuration control.

The ideal candidate has an AA/AS degree with substantial engineering-lab experience, knowledge of Matlab/Simulink and LabVIEW, and strong communication skills to drive issues to closure.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Engineering lab experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineering disciplines including testing brake system hardware and validating test plans.
• Collect, format, and manage technical data from lab results and documentation.
• Maintain brake control systems lab equipment, calibration, and inventory management.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as needed.
