Job summary

Under close supervision, you will assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project schedules and budgets, helping establish cost baselines and supporting proposals. You will build schedules, estimates, and SOWs; communicate program requirements; and monitor progress across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to organize workloads to meet milestones and budgets.
• Experience with SharePoint Administration and forms using InfoPath.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work extended hours.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain program plans, estimates, schedules, and SOWs.
• Communicate requirements and documentation for estimates and proposals.
• Develop the Integrated Master Schedule for assigned programs.
• Implement reporting procedures to evaluate project status and deliverables.
• Provide management with progress reports and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure proper work approvals and charging; coordinate engineering resources.
• Interface with other departments and executives; present findings clearly.
• Formulate plans to resolve engineering problems and ensure compliance.
