General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. in Poway, CA is seeking an experienced MCAD engineering leader to plan and manage complex projects from inception through completion.

The role collaborates with PLM/Teamcenter and ITS teams to set technical, schedule, quality and financial objectives, while mentoring a team of MCAD engineers and ensuring compliance with DoD requirements and company policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in engineering or a related field with 11+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and program management skills for complex projects.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance and interact with government representatives.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage MCAD and engineering projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate design concepts and MCAD efforts for product research and development.
• Lead design reviews, manage technical performance and financial objectives.
• Interface with internal/external representatives to resolve CAD issues and maintain standards.
• Prepare proposals and budgets; ensure compliance with procedures and contracts.
• Develop and retain engineering talent while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
