Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3+ years of progressive professional project administration experience.
• Understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in evolving environments.
• Customer-focused with ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; good interpersonal skills and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; extended hours as required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administers daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects; participates in project plan development.
• Analyzes and integrates project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; informs key parties.
• Participates in problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Develops reports and records in electronic and hard-copy formats.
• Represents the organization with outside organizations as needed.
• Provides direction to support staff and may guide less experienced professionals.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with laws, regulations and obligations where business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
• Works in a safe manner per operating procedures.
