Intra Management Solutions (IMS) seeks an experienced Program Planner/Scheduler to support a major aerospace/defense client in Melbourne, Florida. The role focuses on Integrated Master Plan development, schedule integration across functions, and EVMS-based performance insights.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Active U.S. government security clearance is required.
• Education/experience combinations listed (Bachelor/Master/Associate/HS) meet the role requirements.
• Planning and scheduling experience is required.
• Experience with EVMS is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Project is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work onsite in Melbourne, FL.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and IMS.
• Ensure integration across Finance, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Coordinate schedule inputs, dependencies, and milestones across teams.
• Support planning activities and schedule reviews to align with requirements.
• Use Gantt/PERT and earned value methods to assess progress and performance.
• Prepare schedule reports and communicate trends, risks, and interventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Provide timely, accurate schedule information to program leadership.
• Support scheduling tools maintenance using Microsoft Project.
