Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Manager 2, Program Planning to lead the Schedule Management team on complex programs. This on-site role requires building robust Integrated Master Schedules and driving performance via IBR/JSR and EVMS practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experience
• Knowledge of IMP/IMS development; Schedule Risk
• Experience in Earned Value Planning and Schedule Management
• Must be able to obtain and maintain US government Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts
• Develop and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives
• Ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated
• Provide weekly status reports and metrics
• Lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR)
• Apply scheduling best practices including DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, NDIA EIA-748-32
