Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified candidate for an onsite role in McKinney, Texas. The position focuses on program operations management, driving profitability and collaboration across operations, engineering, and supply chain to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Typical qualifications include a university degree with 5+ years’ experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years). U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Professional experience in factory operations, engineering and/or supply chain with experience in a team environment.
• Experienced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Experience using metrics to develop implementation of the Build Plan or MRP plan to meet customer contractual commits.
• U.S. Citizenship is required with ability obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and supply chain activities to meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with Program Operations Management, PMO, Engineering and Mission Assurance.
• Utilize performance metrics and financial forecasting to drive ROI and growth.
• Lead factory meetings and production activities including value stream mapping and LRE/EAC activities.
