Job summary

RTX is seeking a skilled Materials Program Manager in McKinney, TX to lead material strategies and program plans for advanced aerospace programs. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Management Lead and cross-functional teams to align material plans with enterprise objectives and price-to-win targets.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or 5 years with an advanced degree, plus Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

A university degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years.
Experience leading teams and communicating with senior management.
Experience in material forecasting and budget management.
Experience in IPT/Cross-functional teams and leading an IPT.
Active and transferable Secret clearance required.
Ability to obtain Secret clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Advise on material strategies, plans and supplier risk mitigation.
Develop and execute material program plans (MPP) and forecasts.
Support price-to-win targets and proposal activities.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Operations to align MRP-based schedules.
Monitor performance metrics and address issues across program and functions.
