Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as Program Manager in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience managing programs with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program performance including schedule, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Drive improvements to production processes and MRP/ERP usage.
