Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar is seeking a Program Manager 2 to serve as the critical liaison between customers and internal teams. You will plan, manage, and control production orders through all stages, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met while maintaining cost discipline.

The role requires strong communication, independent work, and a track record in aerospace manufacturing. Travel within the US and internationally may be required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Program Management certification preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with assigned customers and internal teams.
• Exercise independent judgment to plan, manage, and control production orders at all stages.
• Develop and conduct high-level program reviews for customers.
• Create recovery actions for products not meeting customer demands.
• Formulate responses to engineering change requests to optimize cost recovery.
• Negotiate with customers on spares pricing, lead times, and expediting charges.
• Forecast future demand and manage shipping date estimates.
• Follow safety guidelines and use required safety equipment.
