Job summary

Axillon Aerospace seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive successful delivery across value streams, coordinating customer, engineering, production, supply chain and quality teams to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong analytical and leadership skills, and familiarity with CAD tools and government contracting. California-based with ITAR considerations and a focus on aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• 5+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes preferred.
• Familiarity with US government contract types (FFP, Cost Plus) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all program activities across customer, engineering, production, supply chain and quality teams.
• Monitor budgets, cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet objectives.
• Manage risk, changes, and documentation; communicate milestones and forecasts to upper management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain customer relationships as primary contact.
