Job summary

Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar, located in Monroe, WA, seeks an Estimator/Planner to develop cost estimates and manufacturing plans for precision CNC machined, formed, and assembled parts. You will maintain the ERP bill of materials and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Responsibilities include analyzing orders, reviewing bids, estimating tooling and material costs, creating ERP manufacturing plans, and managing revision control to support downstream processes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• At least 2 years estimating or planning experience.
• Strong Excel skills and CAD knowledge (CATIA).
• Experience with machining, sheet metal or complex assemblies.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer orders and drawings to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Review bids to assess scope and capabilities alignment.
• Estimate times and tooling costs; obtain quotes for materials and processes.
• Create ERP manufacturing plans capturing materials, production, and inspection needs.
• Identify non-recurring onboarding or change costs.
• Maintain revision control of manufacturing plans.
• Update ERP data to support downstream processes.
