Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Technology, or related technical discipline; MS/PhD or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in program management within aerospace/defense sectors.
• Solid understanding of scheduling, cost control, and configuration management.
• Experience communicating with executives and customers on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: lead programs from contract award to production and lifecycle support.
• Financial Management: manage program P&L and baselines with defined metrics.
• Customer Interface: serve as primary liaison with aerospace/defense customers.
• Schedule & Baseline Tracking: maintain IMS and ensure milestones are met.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and cost risks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS and AS9100 adherence.
