Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project experience; ERP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior program managers and lead project meetings.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stay within scope and budget.
