This hybrid role reports to the Senior Program Director, supports HUD development for Anthem Avionics on business jets, manages timelines, budgets and risks, and drives continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aerospace program management and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong ability to define program scope, allocate resources, manage budgets and mitigate risks.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with goals and budgets.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and enforce schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders and provide updates.
