Job summary

Eaton's Los Angeles onsite Program Manager II role leads NPD programs, managing budgets, contracts, and IPT teams to ensure customer satisfaction and program success. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program management, with US work authorization and ITAR familiarity. PMI PMP is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years in Program Management, or equivalent mix with Engineering/PM.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now and in the future.
• ITAR compliance: US person status required.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L for NPD programs and projects with RAA for scope delivery.
• Champion IPT leadership across the program to drive results.
• Implement program management processes at site/BU/division level.
• Coordinate PM reviews and publish PM metrics/reports.
• Maintain earned value, quality, and delivery metrics through PROLaunch.
• Manage contracts, pricing terms, and change management.
• Provide program updates to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Develop new business proposals and execute the overall program plan.
• Coordinate and monitor technical personnel across sites.
