Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Program Manager II. This onsite role manages NPD programs, budgets, and customer relationships to drive profitability and performance. The base salary ranges from $129,000 to $190,000 annually.

The role requires leading IPTs, coordinating cross-site teams, and delivering program milestones with strong governance and metrics. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. person required.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA; certain exceptions apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and program performance.
• Oversee NPD programs and projects and allocate budgets.
• Manage customer contracts, pricing, and change management.
• Coordinate PM reviews, publish PM metrics and reports.
• Provide program updates to leadership and ensure milestones are met.
