Ideal candidates bring a BS/BA in engineering/science/business, 10+ years of program experience, and PMP certification (MS/MBA preferred). Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business; PMP certification within six months is required.
• Ten or more years of related work experience; four or more years leading multiple projects or programs.
• Proficient with program management processes, methodologies, and financial systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage program scope, baseline plans, and resource alignment to meet objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with customers and negotiate contract changes.
• Maintain integrated schedules, track cost and quality performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead development of programs and oversee cross-functional teams across sites.
• Provide mentoring on program management and ensure adherence to policies.
• Report progress to division leadership and support strategic resource planning.
