Job summary

You will serve as the customer advocate, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage schedule, cost, and risk across a broad portfolio.

The role requires a BS/BA in a related field, PMP certification, and 10+ years of program management experience, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business with extensive program management experience.
• PMP certification required at assignment; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects/programs of varying complexity.
• Subject matter expert in program management processes, methodology, and architecture.
• Ability to negotiate with customers and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop charter, baseline plan, and program management components ensuring cost and pricing accuracy.
• Manage integrated schedules, data, financial and quality performance; drive corrective actions.
• Lead development of program plans and lifecycle management; be primary customer contact.
• Define team expertise, allocate resources, and evaluate performance within a matrix organization.
• Oversee multiple large projects, set priorities, and manage subcontracted work as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and present program status at reviews.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; stay current with industry practices and standards.
