Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a talented Project Manager with aerospace experience for a 6-month hybrid role in Tulsa, OK. The position focuses on program planning, scheduling, and earned value management (EVM) support, with dashboards and reporting to leadership.

Required are a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering and 4 years of aerospace experience. The candidate will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering.
• 4 years dedicated Aerospace experience.
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards.
• Knowledge in metallic and composite aero structures/ Nacelles components.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to assure requirements are met and delivered per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Track milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks or delays.
• Support EVM data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Create dashboards and status reports; develop Excel-based reporting tools.
• Support program reviews and leadership reporting.
