Job summary

Amtec Staffing seeks a senior project scheduler with strong earned value management experience for aerospace programs in Pasadena, CA. You will lead scheduling activities, maintain an integrated master schedule, and produce reports aligning with contractual requirements.

You will interact with project teams, subcontractors, and sponsors, applying MS Project and Milestones Professional skills, while mentoring a robust team and adapting to evolving project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 9+ years of related scheduling experience or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Strong schedule development, maintenance, and cost/schedule issue flagging experience.
• Experience negotiating requirements with subcontracts.
• Experience on a flight project with implementation phases.
• Proven leadership to mentor and empower teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interface with all program levels and partners.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel; familiarity with MS Project.
• Knowledge of Milestones Professional.
• Limited travel as required

Responsibilities

• Serve as partner in the project business team and drive scheduling plans.
• Schedule project elements, lifecycle, production detail, and materiel needs.
• Provide integrated master schedule products and performance analysis.
• Generate reporting and tracking to ensure contractual compliance.
• Analyze current status against plan and baseline; assess trends.
• Support earned value schedule integration and related services.
• Interface with NASA Centers, subcontractors, and sponsors as needed.
