Ampcus Inc. is seeking a motivated Aerospace Program Manager candidate for a 6-month project with hybrid interview and work arrangements.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, EVM support, and program reporting across cross-functional teams in aerospace environments. Required is a Bachelors in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering and at least 4 years of aerospace experience, plus knowledge of industry standards and aero structures.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards.
• Knowledge in metallic and composite aero structures/ Nacelles components.

• Good communication with Engineering, Tooling, Production, Quality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Track milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks or delays.
• Support EVM data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Create dashboards, trackers, action logs, and status reports.
• Prepare presentations, metrics, and status updates.
• Support ad hoc requests from Program Managers.

Detailed Job Description

Program Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Track milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks or delays

Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Support EVM data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Track PV, EV, AC, SPI, and CPI metrics
• Assist with variance analysis and corrective actions

Reporting & Tracking

• Create dashboards, trackers, action item logs, and status reports
• Develop Excel-based reporting tools
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions

Program Support

• Support program reviews and leadership reporting
• Prepare presentations, metrics, and status updates
• Support ad hoc requests from Program Managers

Minimum Years of Experience

4 to 6 years of experience in Program Management in Aerospace industries

Education

Bachelor's / Masters
