Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a talented Project Manager with aerospace experience for a 6-month hybrid role in Tulsa, OK. The position focuses on program planning, scheduling, and earned value management (EVM) support, with dashboards and reporting to leadership.

Required are a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering and 4 years of aerospace experience. The candidate will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with aerospace standards.

Program Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project

Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Support EVM data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Track PV, EV, AC, SPI, and CPI metricsAssist with variance analysis and corrective actions

Reporting & Tracking

• Create dashboards, trackers, action item logs, and status reports
• Develop Excel-based reporting tools
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions

Program Support

• Support program reviews and leadership reporting
• Prepare presentations, metrics, and status updates
• Support ad hoc requests from Program Managers

Minimum Years of Experience

4 to 6 years of experience in Program Management in Aerospace industries
