This role is onsite in Sarasota, with collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in engineering or programs within aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, programs or related field required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, programs or related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience in aerospace/defense program management is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to deliver on time, within budget and to scope.
• Manage program risks, conduct reviews and report program status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to Safran program management standards and processes.
