Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end customer hardware programs in a shop environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and drive delivery of hardware on time and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading communications with customers, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring adherence to GE Aerospace quality systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree and at least 5 years in program, project, manufacturing or operations management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a shop/industrial environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer program, including communications, schedules and status updates for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, quality, engineering, sourcing, planning, and other teams to meet schedule, cost, yield and quality targets.
• Oversee hardware flow through the shop and ensure proper processes and documentation.
• Proactively manage constraints and risks to maintain plan adherence.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings, routings, work instructions, and technical plans.
