Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer hardware programs in a shop environment in Evendale, Ohio. You will lead cross-functional coordination, manage schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and ongoing collaboration with manufacturing, quality, engineering, sourcing, and planning teams to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer program, including communication, meetings, schedules, and status updates.
• Coordinate across cross-functional team to meet schedule, cost, yield, and quality expectations.
• Oversee hardware flow through the shop, ensuring processes and documentation are current.
• Manage project budgets, forecast needs, and identify productivity improvements.
• Drive reviews, sign-offs and configuration control for technical plans.
• Mentor colleagues and may lead small to medium projects with moderate risk.
• Explain information clearly and align stakeholders across groups.
• Ensure compliance with GE Aerospace quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Apply data-driven analysis to improve schedule adherence, yield, and cost.
