Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering program deliverables within contractual terms and business cases. You will own budgets, operating guidelines, and influence business objectives while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires at least 5 years in aerospace program management, the ability to obtain US Top Secret clearance, and preferred Secret or higher clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical and/or program/project management leadership in aerospace or similar industries.
• Must be able to obtain a US Top Secret Government Security Clearance.
• Active US government Secret or Higher Security Clearance preferred.
• Experience with GE NPI Tollgate and Military Qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team delivering program deliverables within contract terms and business case.
• Own/influence budgets and operating guidelines for programs.
• Develop processes aligning with business needs; contribute to long-term planning and strategy.
• Lead program development, interact with customers and external partners as needed.
• Communicate complex information and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
