RTX seeks a Program Fleet Chief to lead reliability across the PW4000 engine program. You will maintain safety, dependability, and performance while guiding cross‑functional teams through customer-facing engagements and technical investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with relevant engineering/PM background.
• Experience in engineering, operations, program management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliability and dependability of the engine program.
• Engage in customer-facing activities and project management with Engineering and field offices.
• Run FAA FAR 21.3 process and track reportable events with FAA.
• Identify root causes with customers and engineering to address safety issues.
• Monitor fleet metrics to prioritize engineering and communications tasks.
• Raise awareness of issues internally and externally.
• Provide timely communications and presentations to customers.
• Prepare briefings for airlines and interface with airframers on fleet events.
• Collaborate with teams to assess shop visits and spare parts needs.
