Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix is seeking a Program Controls Specialist II to support scheduling, cost management and earned value for aerospace projects. The role reports to the Program Controls Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule from Deer Valley, AZ.

You will drive program efficiency, accuracy and decision support, delivering cost-effective, timely outcomes while collaborating with large, diverse teams and guiding new specialists.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in business analytics.
• CAPM certification to be attained within 6 months of start date.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for program launch and execution.
• Develop initial program baselines.
• Prepare and analyze internal cost report data.
• Manage EAC (estimate at completion) on assigned programs.
• Ensure adherence to baseline change management processes.
• Ensure cost and schedule integration and effective communication with project teams.
• Apply earned value management (EVM) knowledge and procedures.
• Perform data analytics using program management processes.
• Support organizational feedback for tools and processes.
