Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Program Controls Specialist to provide cost analysis, process improvements, and performance tracking for complex, multi-site programs. This role partners with cross-functional teams and supports global program management across Arvada, CO with a hybrid work schedule.

You will report to the Sr Program Controls Manager and contribute to program planning, cost baselines, and earned value management. Relocation to the Arvada area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or Finance (or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree).
• 5+ years of Project Controls experience in relevant industries.
• Experience with SAP Project System and MS Office.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis, process improvements, and performance tracking for multi-site programs.
• Develop program plans, baselines, and earned value management methods.
• Coordinate invoicing milestones and GAAP-compliant billing processes.
• Support project budgets, forecasts, and change management.
