Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Controls Specialist III to lead control and oversight of complex project elements including scheduling, cost management, and EVM compliance. You will report to the Program Controls Manager and work from Deer Valley, AZ on a Hybrid schedule.

You will influence program efficiency, enable informed decision-making, and contribute to timely, cost-effective delivery of aerospace projects with a focus on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
• Must attain PMP certification within 6 months of start date.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the development of initial program baselines and baselines changes.
• Prepare and analyze reliable cost data for stakeholders.
• Manage EAC (estimate at completion) processes and ensure cost/schedule integration.
• Communicate effectively with program team and customers.
• Ensure reliable EVM application, compliance and procedures.
• Support CAMs in monthly cost/schedule reviews and variance analysis.
• Initiate improvements and mentor team members.
