Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE.
• Maintain compliance with JSAs, SDS, and safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
